Here's what you'll need to make this filling Seafood Alfredo Pasta:
3 fillets of raw boneless cod (frozen or fresh)
12 raw, peeled shrimp (frozen or fresh)
6 raw scallops (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1 tablespoon parlsey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 can of alfredo sauce
1 box of fettucine noodles (or penne noodles)
Salt and pepper, to taste.
Parmesan cheese, to taste.
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Cook noodles. Drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over high heat. Add cod and lemon juice. Let cook for 1 or 2 minutes, while breaking the cod up into smaller pieces.
Next, add the shrimp, scallops, Italian seasoning, and parsley. Cook for approx. 5 minutes or until seafood is fully cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Reduce the heat to medium, and add 1 can alfredo sauce and 1/2 cup Italian dressing. Let simmer, uncovered for 3 or 4 minutes.
Pour over noodles. Sprinkle the top of the pasta with parmesan cheese.
If you want a more spicy pasta, add crushed red pepper flakes to the top of the pasta.
Serves 4 people. Goes great with garlic bread!

Delicious Baked Scallops Recipe
Here's what you'll need to cook up this delicious Scallop recipe:
2 lbs fresh bay scallops (or frozen if fresh are not available)
3/4 cup butter
1 white onion (diced)
1 teaspoon fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 cup sherry wine
1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Salt and black pepper to taste.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook for 5 minutes or until onions are soft.
Add sherry, reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Place scallops in a shallow baking dish. (Note: if you're using frozen scallops make sure they are properly thawed before placing them in the baking dish).
Pour cooked mixture (from the saucepan) over the scallops.
Spinkle Italian breadcrumbs over the top.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Serve hot. Enjoy.
