Savory Breaded Turkey Breast

If you've never tried fried turkey, you're missing out on an easy-to-make, delicious treat. Here's what you'll need to fry up some turkey:

1 lb. skinless, boneless turkey breast (raw, cut into strips)
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
2 teaspoons Italian style seasoning
1 cup milk
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.

Pour milk into another bowl.

Dip raw turkey strips in milk, and then dip into the bread crumb mixture.

In a large pan/skillet, place 1/4 cup olive oil and heat it up using medium heat. When the oil is hot, drop the coated turkey strips in and cook for 8 minutes or until the turkey is golden brown.

Drain on paper towels. Serve.

Tasty Chef Salad

Here's what you'll need for this filling and tasty Chef salad:

1 head of lettuce (chopped or shredded)
12 oz. cooked turkey breast (diced)
12 oz. cooked ham (diced)
3 hard-boiled eggs (diced)
1 tomato (diced)
6 oz. of crumbled bacon (cooked)
1/2 small cucumber (diced)
12 oz. of shredded swiss cheese
Salad dressing of choice

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Toss. Serve.

*If you're making this a low-carb salad, use less cheese and a low carb salad dressing.

This delicious Chef Salad serves 4 hungry people.
