Easy Meat Loaf Recipe
Here's what you'll need to make this wonderful meat loaf recipe:
2 pounds raw ground beef
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 cup of plain water
Salt and pepper
In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup of mushroom soup, ground beef (raw), onion soup mix, bread crumbs and egg (beaten).
Use a 12x8 inch baking pan and shape the mixture into an 8x4 inch loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes (Cooking times may vary).
While the loaf is cooking, you can make a simple dressing using the rest of the ingedients. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the rest of the dry onion soup mix and water until it is boiling. If you want a thinner sauce, just add more water. If you want a thicker sauce, let it cool for a few minutes. Pour it over the meatloaf. Serve.
Salt and pepper to taste.
