Here's what you'll need to make this garlic pork tenderloin recipe:
1 lb pork tenderloin (raw)
1 teaspoon vegetable cooking oil
2 cloves garlic (diced)
1 white onion (finely diced)
A pinch of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
In a saucepan, heat up 1 teaspoon of cooking oil. Add the garlic cloves, diced onion and sautee for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add a bit butter if desired. Salt and pepper to taste.
Place the pork tenderloins in a baking pan. Pour the contents of the saucepan (above) onto the pork. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour (or until pork is done).
Serve with applesauce and garlic mashed potatoes.
