Here's what you'll need to make this delicious and easy pizza dough:
5 cups flour
2 packages of active dry yeast
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
2 cups of plain water
In a large bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients first, then add 2 cups of water. Note: The dough will appear to be too dry, but do not add more than 2 cups of water.
Sit the mixture out at room tempature for 1 hour until the dough rises. Knead it again.
Allow the dough to rise a second time.
After it has risen for the second time, flatten in a pizza pan.
The dough is now ready to be used for a pizza.
